Sigma Design is seeking a Test Technician III for in-office work in Redmond or Kirkland, WA. The role requires advanced testing expertise and the ability to guide junior technicians within a fast-paced lab environment.

You will design complex test processes, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with engineers to drive improvements. Swing shift 1:30pm–10pm with competitive benefits and paid time off.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-3 year STEM diploma preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in product development or manufacturing test.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts.
• Advanced hands-on and mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Expert proficiency with test equipment and lab software platforms.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement complex test processes with advanced knowledge.
• Maintain client confidentiality and test impartiality.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians in testing procedures.
• Own testing areas with full accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers on innovative test solutions.
• Coordinate testing operations across technicians and operators.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade lab equipment and software.
• Develop test documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide expert evaluation of test results and root-cause analysis.
• Interface with clients on complex testing matters and drive improvements.
