TT Electronics in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Test Troubleshooter to validate PCBAs and box-build products. You will operate ICT, FCT, and environmental tests, diagnose failures from schematics, and perform component-level repairs to restore conformance with customer and quality standards.

Candidates should have IPC Class 3 certification or the ability to obtain it, strong analytical skills, and proven experience with diagnostic gear (DMM, oscilloscope).

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or technical training with electronics testing experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics theory and schematic interpretation.
• Experience using diagnostic and test equipment.
• IPC Class 3 certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a contract electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Operate ICT, FCT, Environmental Chamber Testing, and other test platforms.
• Analyze test failures using schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repairs.
• Document troubleshooting activities and test results.
• Support Engineering with corrective actions and retest.
• Ensure proper handling of ESD devices and maintain a clean work area.
• Meet production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
