TT Electronics is seeking a Test Troubleshooter to test, analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and validate PCBAs and box-build products. You will support ICT, FCT, and environmental testing, using schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and perform component-level repairs to meet customer and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electronic theory and circuit operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics to the component level in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience using electronic diagnostic and test equipment.
• IPC Class 3 workmanship standards certification or capability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Operate ICT, FCT, Environmental Chamber Testing and other test platforms.
• Analyze test failures using schematics and BOMs, identify root causes.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repairs.
• Document repair actions, root causes and test results in systems.
• Support engineering in evaluating recurring failures and corrective actions.
• Ensure conformance through retest and validation after repairs.
