Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Test Operator II to join our manufacturing team in Austin, TX. You will perform final and in-process testing of chargers and sub-components, and assist engineers with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

The role requires experience with high voltage systems, manual test setups, and strong attention to safety and quality standards. Team-based environment with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical Technology.
• Read engineering drawings mandatory.
• Experience with high voltage power (240V-480V, 30-100A).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs.
• Experience with wiring assembly and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform final and in-process testing of chargers and sub-components in a production environment.
• Set up and teardown test pieces and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot failures and determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Maintain logs and ensure product meets quality standards.
• Promote Zone Safety and 6S housekeeping; support continuous improvement.
