Cinch Connectivity Solutions is seeking a Sr Test Technician to join our production team in Minnesota. You will conduct tests on components and assemblies, collect data, and help ensure test criteria meet cost, schedule, and performance targets for aerospace and defense projects.

The role emphasizes team collaboration in a lean manufacturing setting and requires a technical degree with prior test or manufacturing experience. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Work experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Test components, assemblies and systems according to test criteria.
• Provide technical support to resolve design- or production-related issues.
• Prepare prototypes that meet specifications.
