Job summary

Cinch Connectivity Solutions is seeking a Sr Test Technician to join our production team in Minnesota. You will conduct tests on components and assemblies, collect data, and help ensure test criteria meet cost, schedule, and performance targets for aerospace and defense projects.

The role emphasizes team collaboration in a lean manufacturing setting and requires a technical degree with prior test or manufacturing experience. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Qualifications

You'll be part of our Production team that will conduct test and data collection activities in support of the development of technologies, products, and processes, to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements of the customer. What you’ll do

• Conduct tests of new components, assembles and systems based on test criteria.
• Provide technical support for products to assist in the solution of design-related performance, production and field problems.
• Prepare prototypes of components assembles which meet established specifications.
• Work in a team environment embedded in lean manufacturing methodology.

What you should be able to

• Make independent and team decisions relating to new product programs and design projects.
• Follow and continually monitor safety procedures.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Associates degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Work experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
