Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an Electronics Troubleshooter to diagnose and repair electronic products down to sub-assembly levels. You will troubleshoot Mobile/Fixed Video systems, test with standard diagnostics equipment, and ensure ESD best practices while communicating findings to Engineering and Customer Service.

The role requires hands-on expertise with PCBAs, microcontrollers, memories, and programmable devices, plus strong attention to detail and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic products to sub-assembly/component level.
• Experience with PCBAs containing microcontrollers, memories and programmable devices.
• Strong knowledge of digital electronics and test methods.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic products to sub-assembly and/or component level.
• Troubleshoot and test Mobile/Fixed Video systems and peripherals using test stations and diagnostics equipment.
• Maintain ESD practices and document results clearly for Engineering and Customer Service departments.
