Advanced Technology Services in Mossville, IL seeks an experienced technician to lead evaluation and test work in industrial maintenance. You will set up tests, connect valves, pumps, hydraulic and electrical controls, and collect data under defined test plans.

You will collaborate with engineers, analyze data, suggest changes to methods or equipment, and mentor technicians while upholding safety standards. A technical associate degree and 5 years of related experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge of internal combustion engine and data collection systems.
• Ability to operate PC or PDP11 controlled equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and general computer skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead testing installations and connect valves, pumps, and controls.
• Set up tests and collect data, then tear down equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve fabrication issues and review test plans.
• Recommend test-method or equipment changes for review.
• Inspect parts with precision instruments and identify defects.
• Operate controls to apply power and run test cycles.
• Monitor data, analyze results, and propose improvements.
• Mentor technicians and support training.
