Advanced Technology Services is seeking a technician in Peoria, IL to install and configure test fixtures, operate testing equipment, collect data, and support engineers. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration within a factory environment.

Ideal candidates have a basic mechanical background, PC proficiency, and effective communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree or related experience preferred.

Competenze

• Basic mechanical knowledge and/or basic knowledge of internal combustion engines, test cell operations or data collection systems.
• Ability to operate PC or PDP11 controlled equipment.
• Proven ability to work successfully with computers, including Microsoft Suite experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or 18 months related experience.

Mansioni

• Install and set up test fixtures and systems to required operating conditions.
• Collect and analyze test data, collaborating with engineers.
• Monitor controls and instruments and record results.
• Support Continuous Improvement activities and basic mentoring to others.
• Follow safety policies and 5S housekeeping standards.
