Key Cloud Partners in St. Louis, MO is seeking experienced Lead / Senior Test & Resiliency Engineers to define and execute the validation strategy for functional behavior, transaction integrity, performance, failover, recovery, monitoring, and production readiness.

This hybrid role allows remote work for the right candidate and requires W2 employment; USC, GC, and H-1B transfers are accepted (no OPT/CPT). You will lead test efforts across resiliency, TCP/IP troubleshooting, automated frameworks,

Qualifications

• Resiliency, performance, network, and integration testing.
• TCP/IP and packet-level troubleshooting.
• Automated testing frameworks and failure-injection techniques.
• Load, soak, capacity, regression, failover, and recovery testing.
• Validation of persistent TCP connections during maintenance/failure scenarios.
• Verification of message loss, duplication, ordering, and customer-impact scenarios.
• Logs and packet-capture analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Strong defect analysis, test evidence, certification, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead/define validation strategy for functional behavior and production readiness.
• Coordinate testing across resiliency, performance, and network domains.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure fault-tolerant, high-availability systems.
