Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (ED) is seeking a Test Project Leader fluent in English to work remotely within the EU. You will join the Development team collaborating with a major client’s IT team and oversee all test activities and quality processes.

You will manage test strategy formulation, documentation, and reporting, while coordinating stakeholders and ensuring adherence to testing standards and agile practices.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with extensive experience in large-scale testing projects.
• Proficient with test management tools.
• Strong knowledge of testing lifecycle and test automation/management tools.
• Familiar with testing standards and methodologies.
• Experience in agile software development and testing.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong project and contract management knowledge.
• Ability to chair meetings and present.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all test activities with reporting.
• Ensure Quality Management processes are in place and adhered.
• Maintain documentation related to quality management.
• Participate in requirement analysis to devise test strategy.
• Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence; approve or reject deliverables.
• Define and plan end-user testing strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholder support for quality assurance.
