Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) seeks a QA Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise quality engineering initiatives across banking, payments, and financial services portfolios. You will shape QA strategy, govern large programs, and drive automation-powered testing across onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires 15+ years in QA with 5+ years in transformation-focused leadership, expertise in SAFe/Agile, and strong executive communication to align quality with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software QA experience, including 5+ years in QA Project Management or transformation roles.
• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar QA budgets and distributed teams of 50+ professionals.
• Track record leading enterprise QA transformation, cloud migration, and large-scale technology programs.
• Strong command of Agile at scale (SAFe), hybrid, and Waterfall delivery.
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and test management platforms (Xray/Zephyr/qTest/ALM).
• Experience with reporting/delivery tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project.
• Deep knowledge of test automation, API/performance testing, DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing.
• Outstanding leadership and executive communication with stakeholder management and risk mitigation.

Responsabilités

• QA Transformation & Strategy — Define and execute enterprise QA transformation roadmaps and governance.
• Enterprise Program Delivery — Lead quality initiatives across platform modernization, cloud migration, and large client implementations.
• Governance & Quality Excellence — Establish QA governance, quality gates, release readiness reviews, and executive reporting.
• Leadership & Team Development — Mentor QA PMs, Test Managers, and Automation Leads across delivery networks.
• Budget & Vendor Management — Own multimillion-dollar budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and vendor performance.
• Automation & Modern Engineering Practices — Accelerate test automation, shift-left testing, API/performance testing, CI/CD, and AI-assisted testing.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement — Present program health and KPIs to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Process Standardization & Compliance — Build QA CoE and ensure regulatory, audit, and security compliance.
