Job summary

Solveretechnical is seeking a Senior Business Subject Matter Expert - Developmental Test Pilot to provide expertise in high-risk developmental test flights on USCG aircraft. The role requires extensive experience in rotary-wing aircraft operations and requires graduates of U.S. Naval Test Pilot School or equivalent.

The successful candidate will plan and execute flight test plans, supervise Flight Test Engineers, and conduct important flight tests to evaluate performance and safety standards. Attractive benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of fifteen years of operational and test experience with military rotary-wing aircraft.
• Must possess an active FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• 1,500 total hours on rotary-wing aircraft required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering flight tests to determine critical operating characteristics.
• Develop and execute detailed flight test plans and safety briefings.
• Supervise contract Flight Test Engineers.
