Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Test Manager to lead safe testing, training, and planning for final product submissions. You will focus on safety, testing theory, and data-driven decisions while handling non-standard hours and calls.

Reporting to the VP Gas Turbine Manufacturing, the role is based at Sedalia, MO, with travel to client sites as needed to ensure on-time delivery of test reports and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in a high voltage industry.
• Hands-on experience with JD‑CF6 and LM6000 engine operation, including shaft alignment.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and plant controls for turbine engine applications.
• LM6000 and LM25000 operations & maintenance experience is a plus.
• On Start-Up, monitor and report on system performance against design specs.
• Travel to engage client meetings and support commissioning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Schedule for all HV activities and provide updated schedules on a regular cadence.
• Verify testing scope feasibility and create site-specific test plans.
• Develop training materials and ensure training records are up to date.
• Coordinate vendor participation during commissioning and testing.
• Deliver final test reports to project managers with minimal disruption.
