Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Test Manager to support a highly classified program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Must have TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in SAP/SCI environments, with leadership and test strategy responsibilities.

The role requires coordinating test planning, managing all program test activities, and engaging with government and contractor stakeholders to ensure mission success and compliance with DoD standards.

Formación

• 15 years relevant experience with DoD/government in STEM fields.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• MS/MA or higher in STEM disciplines.
• BS/BA in STEM with MS/MA or higher.
• 15 years relevant DoD experience.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and implement a test strategy aligned with portfolio goals.
• Manage and execute program test activities including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Update and manage test documentation: plans, priorities, schedules, memorandums, reports.
• Coordinate test planning groups and interactions between program office and test organizations.
• Provide test infrastructure recommendations to ensure resources meet program needs.
• Apply systems engineering and test operations expertise to challenges and advise project leaders.
