Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree or Bachelor's with 6+ years of relevant technical experience.
IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA, CISSP) required.
Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to pass a polygraph are mandatory.
Experience evaluating IT and NSS systems for defense programs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and document overall program T&E strategies.
Develop and update core T&E frameworks, including structure, data sources, and evaluation framework.
Create comprehensive T&E documents, test plans, and scenario scripts.
Author key briefings such as TCB and OTRR.
Define COIs, MOE, and MOPs for evaluation clarity.
Conduct developmental, operational, interoperability, and conformance test events.
Execute test procedures with manual methods and automated tools.
Analyze test data and present findings to stakeholders.
