Qualifications

• At least three years as the Development Lead or similar lead on one or more qualifying software solution implementations.
• Experience leading hybrid/agile software development efforts and managing program increments.
• Experience managing security, data migration, testing, and data integration activities.
• Ability to coordinate with client leads, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, development, integration, and implementation tasks and resources.
• Oversee all program increment activities and ensure the solution meets requirements.
• Coordinate release content, APIs, and third-party updates with stakeholders and contractors.
• Develop and enforce security design, roles, data protection, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide accessibility implementation and QA to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, and ADA where applicable.
