Actalent in Batesburg, SC seeks a Test Lead to oversee a team of Test Engineers in developing and implementing manufacturing test solutions for electronic assemblies and systems. The role focuses on ensuring testing strategies meet industry standards and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will lead about 8 Test Engineers, drive test strategy, validate methods, and collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams to meet reliability goals. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electronics manufacturing test engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team of Test Engineers in designing, implementing, and validating test solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, functional test, boundary scan, and environmental stress screening.

Responsabilités

• Directly lead a team of ~8 Test Engineers in designing, implementing, and validating manufacturing test solutions.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee test validation activities including MSA and failure mode investigations.
