Qualifications

• 5–15 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing test environments.
• Proven experience designing PCBA test fixtures, including bed-of-nails or high-volume manufacturing test systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Altium Designer for schematic capture and interface board design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and sustainment of PCBA test fixtures.
• Own test fixture hardware architecture for board-level testing.
• Drive and execute root cause failure analysis for PCBA and test system failures.
