Job summary

Estrada Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Test Lead Analyst with expertise in OSI AspenTech ADMS, OMS, Monarch, and Compass applications. You will lead testing, QA activities, defect management, and collaborate with vendors and business stakeholders.

The role involves developing comprehensive test plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data security and compliance. Hybrid schedule in Sacramento, with onsite Tue–Thu and potential Mon/Fri onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Information Technology with utility sector experience.
• Experience with OSI AspenTech ADMS Monarch and OMS.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance activities.
• GIS models understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for ADMS/OMS/Monarch and Compass.
• Translate requirements into testing scripts and criteria.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify and track defects; coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Lead defect resolution meetings and retesting; maintain testing docs.
