Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on culinary experience (restaurants, test kitchens, or social media) and at least 3 years editorial experience.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to use analytics and audience insights to refine tactics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines and collaborate on brand tentpoles and partners.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with editors, writers, contributors, producers, photographers and designers.
• On-camera experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop and execute content aligning with brand/editorial strategy across platforms.
• Coordinate with contributors to assign and manage recipe development, production and promotion.
• Generate actionable pitches for stories, packages and recipes.
• Collaborate with chefs and contributors to maintain strong brand identity and storyteller point of view.
• Incorporate SEO and audience insights into content planning and performance refinement.
• Develop recipes for print, digital and IRL platforms; promote work via video, social, newsletters and podcasts.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
