Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on culinary experience in kitchens or test settings.
• At least 3 years of editorial experience with multi-platform content.
• Strong editorial judgment with use of analytics to refine tactics.
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with all departments to create strategies for successful recipes that balance storytelling with growth KPIs.
• Set recipe lineups across platforms and oversee development and production from conception to execution.
• Contribute pitches for stories, packages, and recipes.
• Partner with editors, writers, contributors, and photographers to showcase strong brand identity.
• Incorporate SEO and audience insights into planning and execution; review performance data to refine output.
• Create compelling recipes, whether solo or in collaboration, that support brand strategy.
• Promote work across video, social, newsletters, podcasts, and other platforms.
• Contribute written pieces for digital articles and print copy.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
