Job summary

Sienna Systems Corporation at Fort Huachuca, AZ is seeking a Test & Evaluation Specialist to plan and run developmental and interoperability testing of intelligence systems for the TEC II program. You will analyze results and translate them into clear, defensible conclusions for decision makers.

Ideal candidates have extensive military intelligence experience, strong documentation skills, and a Top Secret/SCI clearance (sponsorship available).

Qualifications

• 8 years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Experience in SIGINT, ELINT, or GEOINT.
• Strong evaluation and report writing skills.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred (Sienna can sponsor).
• Nice to have military intelligence certification in SIGINT/ELINT/GEOINT.
• Prior DoD test and evaluation experience.
• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security risk management.
• Experience with automated test scripts or tools (e.g. Java, C, Selenium, LoadRunner).

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct developmental, operational, and interoperability testing of intelligence systems and software.
• Write test plans that address system specifications and validate requirements for testability.
• Develop and conduct Test Readiness Reviews.
• Design how test data will be collected and analyzed and determine the right level of test rigor for each system.
• Collect, verify, and validate test data and translate results into evaluative conclusions and recommendations.
• Document anomalies and errors, brief customers and management, and help analyze and resolve problems.
• Prepare formal T&E plans and reports in accordance with JITC standards.
• Apply DOE and SBTD to test approaches.
