Job summary

Odyssey seeks experienced Test and Evaluation Specialists for anticipated opportunities at Eglin AFB, FL. You will support DoD acquisition programs, developing TEMP, test plans, reports, and evaluation materials across the lifecycle.

Strong DoD experience and clear communication are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and analyzing tests, coordinating with engineering and program management, and delivering decision-support materials to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD test and evaluation experience.
• Experience supporting AFLCMC or Air Force acquisition programs.
• Experience supporting developmental and/or operational test events.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support test and evaluation activities across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support).
• Develop, review, and coordinate Test and Evaluation documentation (TEMP, Test Plans, Test Reports, Evaluation Reports, RVM).
• Plan and support developmental test and operational test activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and operational stakeholders to align test objectives with program requirements.
• Support test event planning, execution, data collection, and analysis.
• Evaluate system performance against requirements (effectiveness, suitability, survivability).
• Identify test risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver test reports and briefings to leadership.
