Job summary

ORBIS is seeking a senior Test & Evaluation program manager to provide T&E support across the PAE Mission Systems Above Water Sensors and Lasers portfolio, coordinating planning and reviews with TPWGs, MRRs, TEMP, and related activities. The role includes reviewing test plans, monitoring software testing phases, and ensuring alignment with TEMP objectives, while providing technical and program management support for flight test events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in test planning, execution and evaluation.
• Familiarity with Navy/DOD policy and VV&A guidance.
• Experience with DT/OT planning, ranges, and test assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in working groups and reviews across TEMP, M&S, and testing.
• Review test plans/procedures for accuracy and linkage to TEMP objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• Provide technical and program management support for DT/OT flight test events.
