Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a senior T&E professional to provide tests and evaluations across the Mission Systems Above Water Sensors and Lasers portfolio. You will lead coordination across numerous DT/OT groups, reviews, and planning activities, translating objectives into actionable test plans.

The role requires deep experience in Navy/DOD T&E policy, M&S VV&A, and cross-functional collaboration with government and industry teams. A U.S.

Qualifications

Experience with Navy/DOD policy and guidance.
Knowledge of M&S VV&A policy and guidance.
System/subsystem test and evaluation expertise.
Test planning, objective definition and post-test analysis.
DT/OT planning, range coordination for land-based and at-sea testing.

Responsibilities

Provide T&E support to all programs in the portfolio.
Coordinate and participate in TPWGs, TEWGs, MRRs, MCPs, and related groups.
Review test plans for accuracy and ensure alignment with TEMP objectives.
Monitor and evaluate all phases of software testing (unit to acceptance).
Support development of government test plans, data management, and test asset scheduling.
Provide technical and program management support for DT/OT flight test events.
Research and leverage M&S capabilities to improve T&E efficiency.
Produce issue assessment reports and maintain TEMP changes.
