Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer (E4) to support a NAVSEA program at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. You will work with a 200-person team, developing and executing tests to ensure performance and reliability.

Role involves analyzing data, supporting design improvements, and coordination with the Deputy Program Manager and customer teams. Telework may evolve with project needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• There are three qualification paths based on education and years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Program and Deputy Program Manager of a 200-person contractor team.
• Design, develop, and evaluate test plans for Navy systems.
• Analyze test data and report findings to support design improvements and validation.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and government personnel.
