Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support a large NAVSEA contract. You will supervise a 200-person contractor team and coordinate with subcontractors at the Washington Navy Yard, with potential limited telework as relationships evolve.

The role requires deep expertise in systems engineering, networks, and software/hardware integration, plus the ability to manage cost, schedules and performance measures throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• High school diploma or GED with 20 years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser software system/subsystem design, development, production and/or test experience.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline with 15 years of relevant experience.
• A master's degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Program and Deputy Program Manager of a 200 person contractor team.
• Oversee integration of network, software and hardware across multiple subsystems.
• Lead development cycle including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
