F&A Technologies LLC in Washington, DC (near Navy Yard) seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to provide Engineering Support Services across multiple disciplines. The role is hybrid, onsite with occasional telework; you will support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of government tests to verify weapon system requirements.

Ideal candidates bring T&E experience, familiarity with SETR and TEMP/MTS, and the ability to develop test plans, reports, and recommendations.

Formación

• Must have Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineering experience.
• Understanding of SETR series and acquisition lifecycle.
• Knowledge of TEMP or Master Test Strategy concepts.
• Experience supporting hardware/software testing, modeling, and flight testing.
• Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and report government tests.
• Clear communication of test results and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support across mechanical, electrical, systems, software and related disciplines.
• Assist in planning, security, execution, analysis and reporting of tests.
• Develop and execute capability validation plans and reports.
• Deliver monthly technical and scientific reports and updates to documents.
