KBR in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead planning, execution, and reporting of development and operational tests across the program lifecycle.

You will develop TEMPs, manage IMS, coordinate TRRs and field activities, analyze data, and report outcomes while collaborating with government stakeholders and engineers to ensure compliant, verifiable test results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in DoD or government programs.
• Experience in developmental and/or operational testing.

Responsabilités

• Develop TEMPs, test plans, procedures, and data requirements.
• Maintain integrated master schedules for T&E activities.
• Coordinate TRRs, test events, field activities and resources.
• Collect and validate test data and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders.
