KBR is seeking a Test & Evaluation Advisor to support PMA-259, ensuring planning, scoping, resourcing, and execution of developmental and operational tests in line with DoD guidance and acquisition strategy. You will coordinate with engineering, logistics, contractors, government stakeholders, and end users to validate system performance prior to fielding.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of DoD/test experience, familiarity with DoD 5000-series, and the ability to obtain

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Program Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD or government acquisition programs.
• Experience in developmental and/or operational testing.
• U.S. Citizen & Top Secret Clearance or current/active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret

Responsabilidades

• Test & Evaluation Planning: develop TEMPs, test plans, test procedures, and data collection requirements; coordinate with DT and OT agencies for strategy alignment.
• Program & Schedule Management: maintain IMS for T&E activities, track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Execution & Test Support: coordinate TRRs, test events, and field activities; facilitate range scheduling and resources.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: collect, analyze, and validate test data; support reports and corrective-action tracking.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with engineering, leadership, prime and government agencies; support documentation and reviews.
