Job summary

Celestica in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing responsible for defining, installing, and maintaining automated and manual test equipment used for product testing and design verification.

You will lead test process optimization, collaborate with quality and process engineers, and develop roadmaps to improve yield, test coverage, and OEE while analyzing data from yield reports and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in test engineering for manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define, install, and optimize test processes and equipment.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug test processes using DOE and failure analysis methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers to fix yield issues.
• Develop roadmaps to improve test coverage, diagnosability, and OEE.
• Analyze yield data and equipment logs to identify yield loss causes.
• Support integration of test data into Manufacturing Execution Systems.
