Job summary

GliaCell Technologies in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Senior Test Engineer for a full-time role supporting a U.S. government contract.

You will analyze requirements, develop test plans, and conduct data collection and reporting to ensure mission-critical software and systems perform under demanding conditions. This role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, a related degree or equivalent experience, and 7–9+ years of professional work.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of professional experience; or 7+ years with a related Masters.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Works well independently as well as on a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes system requirements and documents to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
• Supports the development of Government test & evaluation documentation.
• Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
• Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions and performance.
