Job summary

GliaCell Technologies seeks a Senior Test Engineer to support a U.S. Government contract, requiring an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

The role involves modernizing a legacy system with a microservices architecture and building out testing frameworks for both manual and automated testing. You will author tests with Cucumber and Playwright, apply CI/CD practices, and ensure quality across agile teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of professional experience; or 7+ years with a related Masters.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Works well independently as well as on a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing a test framework to execute manual and automated tests.
• Authoring tests utilizing Cucumber and Playwright.
• Knowledgeable in Microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, test frameworks and automation, Agile Methodology.
• Execute load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing and end-to-end testing.
• Agile development and delivery of software.
• Communication and collaboration: software development is a team-oriented discipline.
• Engineers need to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.
