Job summary

GliaCell is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on one of our subcontracts to support a U.S. Government customer. The role focuses on sustaining critical mission-related software and systems within a large government contract.

Location is Annapolis Junction, Maryland with partial telework. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and U.S. citizenship are required; salary ranges from $180,000 to $260,000 with potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 14+ years Software Engineering experience and a BS degree in Computer Science or related.
• Four years of additional SWE experience on similar projects may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to sustain critical mission-related software and systems for a large government contract.
• Collaborate on multi-team software projects and derive software requirements.
