Job summary

Leidos in Columbia, Maryland is seeking a motivated, career-oriented Senior Test Engineer to join our Intelligence Sector & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The role focuses on designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, building automation tests with Cypress and Java, and ensuring accessibility and quality across complex software products.

The position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, 12+ years of related technical experience, and 8+ years in test engineering for programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline required; 4 additional years if no degree.
Twelve or more years’ related technical experience.
Eight or more years of test engineering experience in similar scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes.
Performing User Interface testing against requirements.
Identifying data to be used during testing.
Developing automation tests using Visual Studio (VS Code) and Cypress.
Developing automation tests using Eclipse and Java.
Working in GIT to push/pull automation test scripts.
Experience in testing for accessibility.
Defining test strategies for future capabilities.
Determining appropriate project methodologies and practices.
