Job summary

Leidos in Columbia, Maryland is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our Intelligence Sector & Analytics Business Area. You will design and execute test plans, develop automation, and ensure tests meet requirements for a data-dissemination software environment.

The role requires strong hands-on testing, experience with Cypress, Java, Eclipse, and GIT, plus a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. We offer competitive benefits and a fast-paced, mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline.
• Twelve or more years’ related technical experience
• Eight or more years of test engineering experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes
• Performing User Interface testing against requirements
• Identifying data to be used during testing
• Developing automation tests using Visual Studio (VS Code) and Cypress
• Developing automation tests using Eclipse and Java
• Working in GIT to push/pull automation test scripts
• Experience in testing for accessibility
• Defining test strategies for future capabilities
• Managing project artifacts
• Determining appropriate project methodologies and practices
