Qualifications

• 14 years of SWE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure work follows project processes.
• Design or implement complex algorithms with strict timing/resource/interface constraints.
• Perform quality control on team products.
• Coordinate with system and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and interfaces.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment to meet specs.
• Implement improvements to documentation and development process standards.
