Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of test engineering experience or similar.
• Systems hardware testing experience.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD 810G or MIL-STD 461E is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems, or subsystems.
• Lead the design and development of test programs to measure functionality and integrity.
• Write test plans and procedures to evaluate performance against specs.
• Troubleshoot test hardware and set up instrumentation.
• Analyze data to verify performance criteria and provide status updates.
• Provide budget, cost and schedule inputs for assignments.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and participate in meetings.
