Qualifications

• Experience in analog, mixed-signal and power IC test environments.
• 12+ years creating automated test solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with 93k, Cohu DiamondX, ETS364 or Teradyne microFLEX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define test requirements for new ICs with Development Team.
• Develop production test programs and characterize tests.
• Design load boards for AT equipment and perform GR&R studies.
