Job summary

Renesas in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Senior Staff Test Engineer to join our Hi-Rel Space Product and Test Engineering Group. You will develop test methodologies, define schematics, PCB layouts and hardware, and create/test programs for radiation-hardened ICs used in space applications.

Responsibilities include defining test requirements, characterization programming, production test development, load board design for ATE, and GR&R studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related engineering discipline with a minimum of 12 years of related experience in automated test development within the semiconductor industry; OR
• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a minimum of 8 years of related experience; OR
• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; OR
• Equivalent relevant professional experience.
