Spectrum Comm Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer (BTO) to provide operational and technical SME support to the Bomber Test Organization at AFOTEC Detachment 5. The role emphasizes test planning, data analysis, and advisory support across DoD directives.

Responsibilities include developing test concepts, participating in readiness reviews, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. This is an advisory, non-decision-making position with frequent interaction with government customers and program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics).
• Minimum six years of practical knowledge of military aircraft systems or related fields.
• Minimum three years of developmental or operational test and evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and engineering analysis including method development and resource planning.
• Documentation development and review of test plans, reports, and memoranda for government audiences.
• Lead and participate in reviews, meetings, and stakeholder engagement across program teams.
• Support test execution activities and readiness reviews, including 24-hour operational schedule during active tests.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are met per policies and requirements.
• Perform other duties within the task order scope.
