The Senior Engineer provides expert analysis, test planning, and documentation, coordinating with government customers and program offices. This role requires current Top Secret/SSBI clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a strong background in military aircraft systems, and experience across development, testing, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Six years of practical knowledge of military aircraft systems.
• Three years of developmental or operational test and evaluation experience, such as test design and data analysis.
• Current Top Secret/SSBI clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform test planning and engineering analyses; determine suitable test methods and resources.
• Develop test concepts, plans, data management, analyses, and briefings for reviews.
• Lead and participate in program, technical, and test readiness reviews and meetings.
• Support flight and ground test execution and coverage across shifts during active tests.
• Ensure cybersecurity and program protection requirements are met per DoD and AFOTEC policies.
• Prepare reports, memoranda, trip reports, and final summary documents.
