Position Overview

Senior Test Engineer – Mission Systems Test Solutions (Onsite). The Mission Systems Multi‑Domain Assured Navigation and Timing Applications (MANTA) Systems/Hardware department seeks a highly motivated Test Engineer to join the Test Innovation Engineering team and focus on Special Test Equipment (STE) design, development, and integration. The role involves working with internal customers, production facilities, contract manufacturers, and leadership teams to develop STE products for ground applications.

What You Will Do

• Review product designs and create test solutions that maximize test coverage in manufacturing and service environments.
• Capture, analyze, decompose, and translate requirements for production test solutions.
• Interface and coordinate with internal systems, hardware, and software product design teams.
• Prepare and present project and technical information to peers, internal management, and customers.
• Reverse engineer existing equipment (documenting already built systems).

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain or already hold a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret).
