The Systems Engineering and Test Center, Effectors, is seeking a Test Director to manage the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle for U.S. government contracts. Responsibilities include test procedure development and execution, planning and performing integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure test system performance meets specifications. The position works in a lab and field test environments with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices.
