Responsibilities

• Ship the transparent Growth Mindset features that move Dropbox's technology roadmap forward
• Set the Load Testing coding standards the rest of Dropbox engineering follows
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
• Spot the bias-to-action BDD anti-pattern in review before it spreads through Dropbox
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across AR engineering teams
• Tune Growth Mindset queries until the AR database stops timing out under load
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with Load Testing
