Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM or BS with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience with focus on defense systems and test engineering work on government-related projects.
• Thorough knowledge of DoD test regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests for a complex Air and Missile Defense system for the US Army.
• Participate in Test activities including SIL, HWIL, Distributed Ground Testing, System Qualification Testing, and Field Testing.
• Generate pre-test documentation including test plans, requirements, procedures, and matrices; produce post-test reports.
