Job summary

Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Cybersecurity Test Lead (Mid-Level) supporting the 48th Cyberspace Test Squadron at Eglin AFB, FL. The role focuses on planning, managing, and executing DT&E/OT&E activities to ensure mission readiness and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements for aircraft, weapon systems, and cloud environments.

The position requires a US citizen with an Active Secret Clearance, a technical bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in test management or cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required
• US citizenship required
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and 3+ years of relevant experience in test management/cybersecurity/CS/IT systems
• DoD 8140 certification required
• Experience with DoD developmental and/or operational test processes
• Experience with aircraft and weapon system testing/evaluation
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Willingness/ability to travel 15–20 weeks per year

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute Cyber DT&E/OT&E activities for major DoD programs
• Coordinate cyber test event planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Develop cybersecurity test strategies and test plans
• Support development of program cost and schedule estimates
• Lead diverse cyber test teams and ensure adherence to security protocols
• Communicate test results to technical and non-technical audiences
