Job summary

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Test Engineer for the 96th Cyber Test Group task order, supporting Detachment 1 at Hanscom AFB, MA. The initial focus is on CVRi2, with leadership of test planning and integration across IPTs for USAF C5I programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, plus a Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. You will develop test plans, procedures, and master plans and coordinate with ranges and contractors through the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with 10+ years of experience.
Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and T&E methods and activities.
Experience developing and reviewing T&E Master Plans, Strategies, Plans and Procedures.
Experience with airborne networks, IT, or C4ISR systems.
Familiar with DevSecOps and Agile software development.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic test support and guidance to integrated product teams.
Participate in test planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
Develop and support test documentation (plans, procedures, T&M Plans, test strategies).
Participate in demonstrations across the acquisition lifecycle with contractors and government.
Review requirements for testability, define objectives and test methods.
Coordinate test resources, ranges, and data collection with internal/external teams.
Brief test personnel on objectives and responsibilities for lab and other test events.
