Applied Research Solutions seeks a Senior Test Engineer to support the Aerial Networks Division at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. This full-time onsite role focuses on test planning, evaluation, and certification for DoD programs across land, sea, air, and space networks.

Candidates will bring extensive DoD test experience, Top-Secret clearance, and a strong background in systems engineering and RF disciplines. Salary ranges from $150k to $170k with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering/field.
• Experience: 12 years total, 5 in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement strategies to analyze and develop test results for complex system activities.
• Prepare, maintain, update and review test plans and test-related procedures.
• Prepare TEMPs and monitor test events, analyses and reports.
• Review design documentation and apply engineering techniques to evaluate problems.
• Support certification test activities and collect test data during tests.
• Mentor and train test managers and teams.
